Cabot Cuts the Cheese

Sorry, dumb joke, but one of our favs. On a serious note (seriously awesome that is), Cabot Cheese will be at Wine Riot giving out free samples while you drink your way through 250 wines!

Cabot prides itself on it's sustainability practices and values being a co-op. Cabot's fundamental approach to stewardship and social impact is based on the triple bottom line of social, environmental and economic impacts. As a co-op, they are owned and operated by their members, which for Cabot are farmers and their families.

Now let's talk about the cheese! Cabot has a wide range of cheeses, and we know everyone has a favorite. Here are some of our fav's and what our cheeses say about us:

Morgan @morgan1st- Horseradish Cheddar

Morgan loves the unexpectedness of this cheese, because she doesn't love spicy food, but LOVES this cheese!

Tyler @tylerb- Private Stock Cheddar

Tyler's from Wisco, so he goes old school with his cheddar. Chop it into rough chunks and put it atop a Ritz cracker. While it's not the classiest way to do things that's the way he does it back home and damn it's good!

Kate @pluperfect- Clothbound Cheddar Wheel

Kate loves this hard, nutty, complex cheese.
